ya the blue one. i wasnt sure if the long portion should be up vs the short portion of the spring.

on the PT the long portion is up and the brakes are almost exactly the same on as far as the layout goes.

I mentioned it cuz i saw u were having trouble w the tensioner making contact.

I will look more closely at the spring because i definitely want to get this right. Thanks!

Question Succes

SUCCESS

The vehicle is finally up and running. As you all suggested i replaced the wheel cylinder and readjusted the entire RR brake drum assembly. The parking brake finally worked and all checked out. Brakes work great.

A big thank you to EVERYONE especially STEAK59 and ISSAKAR for sticking it out all the way to the end with me! Greatly appreciated guys. The nightmare is over. Now i'm wiser.

How did it work with that blue spring? which way went up?

Good to hear everything works out. You probably saved like $500 compare doing all this in a shop.
