Welcome to Dodgeforums. There are many subjects on this issue. We need you to be more specific on the electrical issue. I had a similar issue with the cluster not working. It turned out to be a wire corroded at fusebox in engine compartment. Best is to find the connector to the device having issues and test the voltage.

It is not only display, Its heater stops, brake is on and all needle on display going end and all lights of coming down again, car is shaking , radio going off and on in second. I replace fuse box yesterday , adn i m thinking to replace ecm(computer) with used one. Is battery makes this problem or, alternator, ecm or only bad connector .? thanks

Did you lift up the PDC/IPM and check all the connection?

Master tech has very good advice(as always)..Check all your connections before spending any money...ECM and BCM are not designed to faulter.. Swapping either of these can cause more harm then good so be careful..identical model and serial#'s mean nothing as they are vehicle specific..You will need to get a dealer to reprogram them with no guarranty it will solve your issue...irratic electrical issues are usually a sign of faulty wiring...

Try disassembling the IPM. If there is corrosion on the circuit board replace the IPM. The IPM is a corrosion magnet. It's been driving 4th generation van owners nuts for a decade.
