well please let us know what clips they are talking about? part number would be great.

The smaller front rotors are 12" (around 305mm) while the optional brakes for 17's are 13" (330mm). Get out your ruler.

Rear Brakes Hang Up

$466.81 later... rear brake job completed with no warranty help from Dodge. The new part that Dodge is replacing part # 68192437AA ADAPTER-DISC BRA.

Calling customer service at Dodge to complain.

Called Customer No-service at Dodge Corporate and talked to Kathy. She said Dodge will not be offering any compensation. Even though front brakes are fine and the back brakes were checked at the dealer at 43,000 miles because of noise and hot rims. They feel it's normal wear.

I also pointed out that I had bought Caravans/Voyagers in years 1987, 1994, 2001, 2005 (also a used 2005 Chrysler TnC and a used 1995 Stratus), along with this 2011 Caravan.

Off to vent on Twitter.
