Default anyone improved their grand caravan mpg and how

hi all

just wanted to ask if anyone has improved thier mpg on the grand caravan, we have a 08 se model, and i have changed the air filter to a k & n replacement filter not the cold air intake, and also the new E3 sparg plugs, i did want to get one of those power programmers to set the computer with a better mpg setting but i here that there is not one avaiable for the 3.3 ltr v6 engine.
so what have any of you done on yours

thanks

paul

I'm sure you already know this but you will be shocked how much more gas mileage you get by just keeping your puppy under 55MPH. It really is amazing how much gas you can save by keeping your RPMs down. What mileage are you getting right now? Is most of your driving city and/or highway?

No gain from those E3 plugs but an empty wallet, go back to the oem plugs for best results.

Didn't improve mine, but it got worse after I put a ladder rack and a bunch of ladders on top. Seriously, What are you getting now, I can get 17 out of mine when loaded, and 20 out of it when there is nothing on the rack on top, and drive with a light foot. Got 22 when I first bought it in April, and had no extra weight in it at all.

A buddy was telling me about this product that actually conditions the O2 going into the intake to improve MPG. Gets down to a molecular level.

I haven't installed this yet but I am presently getting 12 - 13 L / 100Km and looking to improve this...

Check out ecomodder.com . There are some real world gas mileage improvements but it is all pretty common sense. Check out the link at the top for the top 65 efficiency mods.

You can use this calculator people

http://opentoronto.com/calculators/M...el_economy.php

I have a 05 Grand Caravan. I find that my Van's MPG is pretty bad. I drive 90% highway

I filled my tank with 65L and it did 500KM barely. That's only 17.82MPG. I think this is bad for mostly HWY driving.

My Grand AM GT V6 3.4L, does 22.5MPG doing the same driving and I always though that car was bad on gas lol

I'd love to improve my milage to 20MPG or so at least.
