Default 96 Grand Caravan RPM at 65MPH

I swapped a transmission control module from a 96 GC into my 95 Chrysler Concorde recently and my rpms dropped from 2150rpms to 1900rpms. I was wondering if this is the normal rpm range for a 96 GC at 65mph?

I maybe, But the two transmission don't have the same gear ratio's. One has a higher gear ratio than the other. Why did you change the TCM's? Because i am surprise that the controller worked from another car.

I changed the TCM because of intermittent cold start not wanting to engage in gear issues. I thought I'd give the GC TCM a try since I thought the transmissions were similar and mated to a 3.3L engine like my Concorde.
