Default Timing Gasket Leak

Anybody out there experience a cracked timing cover gasket? I had my 3.8 apart March 2011 because it threw a connecting rod bearing. In October of 2011 the timing cover gasket developed a leak around where the oil pump sits. After taking it apart I noticed several cracks that went through the gasket. I replaced the gasket, but did not use any sealer because my Alldata guide said not to. I now have another leak in the same spot. Has anyone else seen this kind of a problem?

Yes, In all the repairs i do on the timing covers. I will use ultra stick, which is a glue. I would replace the timing cover if you continue to have any more leaks.
