Question TCM issue?

The wife drives an '89 Plymouth Voyager. Its an in town vehicle only. It has been having issues for awhile now. So we went down and had the codes read. Lights blinking on the inside, and tranny will not shift when its supposed to. The codes are:

P0700
P0715
P0731
P0732
P0733
P0734
P1698

So these all have to do with the tranny or TCM. My question is how hard is it to replace the TCM, and where can I get one for a decent price? Will it need to be programmed?

P0715 is an input sensor code. Replace both the input and output sensors on the transmission and clear your codes. Drive the van and see which or any codes come back.

Are those difficult to replace? Any special tools needed?
Is this what your referring to? The Speed Sensors?

All you need is a 1 inch deep socket.
