Default 2001 Chrysler Town and country TCM issue?

Hey there, my 01 Chrysler T&C when put in drive will go up to like 15mph then try to shift but it goes into neutral. There is no reverse either.
I am getting codes P0700 and P0732.
I have already replaced both speed sensors, the solenoid pack, and just installed a new TCM as well..... any insight on what may be the problem?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Welcome to DF
I would say, since you have the codes. Can you perform a clutch test? That will tell me a lot. If the clutch test failed, then the problem is inside the transmission.

Clutch test passed.
I am wondering if I installed the TCM wrong?
The site that I bought it from asked for the VIN, and exact mileage to pre-program it. The tranny only has 11K miles on it, and we have used the right fluid. When the problem first started, we were driving about 50MPH and felt a slight vibration, then the car slipped into neutral and we had to turn the van off and drive it home at 20MPH in low gear. If we try to drive it in drive it takes off fine, but when it tries to shift it goes into neutral. There is also no reverse.

Sorry to bump an old thread but I just bought a 2002 Grand Caravan that does this exact same thing. I bought it assuming it needed a transmission but want to cover all my bases first.

You don't have reverse either? But how are the forward gears?

I have absolutely nothing in reverse. In drive it shudders a little and seems to take off in 1st and when it tries to shift it just freewheels. I thought I could hear a faint banging/clanking up front. I have codes p0700 p0732 p0720. The speedometer works. Fluid appears clean and smells ok. I tried to put a magnet in the dipstick tube but no shards came out on it. Gonna drop the pan here in a little bit.

Pictures speak a thousand words. Yup that's ugly. At least the mystery is gone and you know what you need now.

Yeah I pretty much figured that is what I would find in there. A good mechanic friend of mine has rebuilt these before so I think we are gonna see what kind of damage we can do. I have a transmission guy but he doesn't seem to want to return my calls.
