Is there a prevenitive measure to eliminate issues with power sliding side doors, such as lubrication. If so how to and with what?

Also can these doors be used manually, instead of using the power option without damage?

I'm new to all these power options and not quite comfortable with them so far, the one door so far seems a little slugish, but does work.

Sure would appreciate any input on this, and thanks in advance.

 

Yes to both. I use trans jell for the sliding doors. Also look inside the tracks to make sure the track is not coming apart or is binding.
