Default Can you identify this part?

I recently revived a 6 year dead 2000 Dodge Caravan 3.3l, I got it for free. The problem was the fuel filter. Anyhow theres this one part that has many little hoses connected to it that are like vacuums. It has a broken tip and I want to get a new one to connect new hoses to it. I cannot figure out what this part is. It has the numbers 518 on it. Heres the part. Thanks in advanced!
