Default 2003 Caravan Transmission Jacked? Help!

Well for starters I own a 2003 3.3 V6 Caravan Sport with 123,000 miles. I have a progressing problem with my torque converter (I think). When I start it, it makes a grinding noise, in Neutral it doesn't, and in drive it gets worse as you drive it. I've noticed that the hotter the transmission is the louder it sounds.

Is it my torque converter or do you think it's something else? If so where do I go from here? I've parked the car for now at my shop (I work on tires and do some light mechanical work).

Any help is very appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Welcome to DF

You may have either loose torque converter bolts or a crack flex plate.
