Hello. I have a 2000 grand caravan that got broken into. upon the break in the thief stole my stereo (after market), he literally ripped it out. the only thing out of place in the wiring was a light purple wire, everything else was surprisingly in place. Now the power locks, interior lights will not work unless the ignition is on OR if the headlights are on and the ignition is off (strange huh?) We have also tried to replace the stereo twice and can not get it to power on (2 different brands, 2 different wiring harnesses) We have also checked all fuses and ran a voltage meter and everything on those ends are working great! Any and all help with this matter would be greatly appreciated as my dash is now laying in the grass.

Did you check the IOD fuse and all the other fuses too?
