2000 2.4 liter timing belt 1st or second generation
Hi All,
Just picked up a 2000 2.4 liter base caravan for a beater daily driver. Want to change the timing belt, looking at Rock Auto and they list a 1st and second generation kit, one with a hydraulic tensioner, and one with a mechanical tensioner. Been searching for a week and can't figure out which I need. I rely on the experts here!!

If you pm the 9 of the vin, i can get you the mopar part numbers. Also lot of our members may not in the same time zone as you.
