Default limp mode issues

I have a 2001 dodge caravan 3.3liter engine with the 604 transaxle. I don't have any power going to the shift solenoid. I have 12 volts going to the TCM the only power coming out of the TCM is a pink and white wire. Does any body have any suggestions?

The solenoid pack gets power from the output contacts of the shutdown relay (EATX relay???). The relay is energized by the TCM. I assume the TCM cuts power to the relay which in-turn cuts power to the solenoid pack when it enters "limp mode", indicating the TCM has detected a fault. Have you checked for codes? The system will generate a P0700 code in the PCM readable by a normal scanner or code reader. That indicates the TCM has stored a code. To read the TCM codes you'll need a specialized scanner.
