Cranks but no start
2003 Grand Caravan. Changed plugs and wires, now will not start. I am getting fuel at the rail. Appears to be no spark. Replaced coil pack. Tried new PCM. Still no luck. What could I be missing. Please help a unlucky one.....
are you getting power to the Coil? Check it with your test light first when Cranking. Power comes from ASD relay and fuse. Sometimes the problem is the Power Distribution center has internal failure, Cutting out the power flow to Coil and injectors.
I recommend you to purchase a subscription from Alldatadiy.com for like $45. They have a complete wiring schemetic and Repair manual.
Honestly, I am having a 03 Caravan with the exact same problem sitting the parking Lot for 2 weeks alrdy. No CEL, no Spark, have power to coil, and I got Crank and Cam signal. Just no Coil Pulse from PCM. I'll see if I can find anything on it later this week.

Have a buddy who knows a buddy who has equipment for checking into issue. Will let you know what happens. Most likely won't happen until Saturday. Hope problem isn't to in depth... Running out of money shotgun troubleshooting...

Lol, Mines probably has a bad Fly wheel, PCM is not reading RPM right... Wires checks out ok. I'll need to pull the trans out later to see what I can find.
If you have friends with Scanner, read the RPM data while cranking. And Make sure you check for the 8 volt reference to the Crank and Cam sensor.
here is your wiring diagram if you need to check wires.
