Default 2000 GC wont start, have spark and fuel

to make a long story short, i got caught in a flooded area on the highway, the van shut off and would not crank back, got towed home, and it was cranking with spark no fuel at the injector connector but good pressure at rail. now i cleaned all the electrical plugs on the main harness and the pcm connectors and left it to dry and installed a new battery, now i crank and am still getting spark and with a noid light on the injector plug it is lighting meaning its getting the ground signal it wasnt getting before right? so now im getting spark and fuel, however the magic isnt happening, the water was high up enough to cover the license plate, and yes it did suck up some water as the oil was milky, i already did an oil change/filter i dont think it was hydrolocked since it cranks well without any knocks,

any advice is helpful at this point please!!

So, you got spark and fuel, check compression? that's the only 3 item you need to start the engine.
What engine is in ur van anyway?
Also, what about the exhaust? it could be loaded up with water and restricted.

Usually above 100psi is good, I think it was about 140psi for the 3.3 engine. and no more than 10 PSI difference between cylinder.
Maybe when you ran over the puddle, you did Hydro lock the engine, and bent the rods.

at the moment of hydro locking, no. But the combustion chamber is not water tight, all water would leak down to the oil pan by now.
You said there are water in oil, How else you think water could get into the oil except thru the Intake?
