Default How to test fuel injector electrical without noid light

I have a 2003 Grand Caravan, and I need to test the #6 injector. Unfortunately, I don't have a set of noid lights. Is it possible to test using a multimeter from the connector that plugs into the PCM (comparing the resistance on the #6 circuit to a circuit I know is working properly)? If so, which pins on the connector would I need to test?

Injectors are 2 pin, you can ohm them for resistance, manual says 10 - 16 ohms. Otherwise pull the rail and crank it.

Of course, this is on the injector side....

On the "driver" side, one pin is fed 12V full time with key ON, the other is the gorund side.... open unless engine is running...and grounded only milliseconds at a time from the "injector pulse"....
