Angry Check Engine Code P0305

I have a 2001 Grand Caravan with a 3.8L engine. Have 98,000 miles on the van.

I also subscribe to CarMD and have the OBD code checker. I keep getting a P0305 code even after I have done what CarMD says to do. And that is to replace the ignision coil. Didn't help. R&R the spark plugs and plug wires. Still getting the P0305 code. What else can be done to check why the #5 Cylinder is misfiring?
