Rotors Update
i am going to call chrysler...i think the dealership is being difficult about the deductible because I did not purchase the van there....they have brought that up in the past.
They said that 1 of the arms is readily available and the other is on "super back order"....they didnt give a timeline

I bought a set of drilled and vented (cheaper as a set) 4 rotors and 4 calipers and 4 brake pads from amazon or 400$ total. ( so replaced all 4 wheels) .....i did it myself so I don't know exactly how much it would cost in a dealer.......private shops i think charge a 100$ a wheel ..... also change and flush your brake fluid if it is old discolored , etc.
Main Issue I think is that your dealer is not doing the job right ......it's imposible for front rottors to fail 3 times in a row .......that mean the rears are not working at all or the front calipers are messed up and overheat the discs. ......Also if your parking brake cables are not connected properly to the rear calipers /discs sometimes that screws with the "self adusting" of the rear calipers and the don't "squeeze" hard enough ......
