ONLY with the A/C on, and mostly starting from a dead stop, but also when running at a high speed (over 50 mph)) I get an intermittent sound like a dry blower fan bearing coming from center dash area in CAB. Noise cannot be repeated with vehicle running,
A/C on, and foot on the brake. Replaced the blower and noise still there.

Master Tech posted a TSB for 2001-2002 Caravans (other thread) but before I put forth effort anyone know if similar TSB for 1994 or experienced same and what is the cause.

TSB 24-12-94 Appears to address my problem

Anyone made a repair under this TSB, and if so can you recall and describe the evaporator sounds you were hearing?
