Code 64 - "Right Side Satellite Acceleration Sensor (SAS) #3 Loss Of Communication Diagnostic Code"
I haven't got a clue.
well glad to say that the connector was the main problem, I still was experiencing intermittent airbag light, on-off with in 30secs, usually when turning/shifting weight, however, i knew it was not the connector at this point, after jacking the front of the van up, turning wheel lock to lock, giggling the wires I could not replicate it

finally got a reader that could pull the Chrysler code "Launch X431 Creader Viii" got it from amazon for those who want to to know works great for the 06 and has lots of functions, got it for a bit less then 200, I think they have it listed for more atm.

anyway pulled the codes

first row dirver seat belt pretensioner open
and
squib configuration mismatch

figured the issue would be near the pretensioner

pulled the battery, removed the side of the seat, noticed the large rubber grommet of the cover to the seat belt sheath pressing against the top of the tensioner connector(had the seat motors replaced under warranty) tested the tensioner with my multi meter, got around a Resistance of about 2 Ohms (thats fun pressing down that shorting bar while holding the probes in place)

so I put the connector back on,
Properly positioned that large thick cover of the belt sheath
and guess what, 3 weeks not a single airbag chime, before I was getting at least once per day

thanks again for all the help on this awesome site, sorry I haven't been around much lately, things have been going good, just had my 4 year cancer free

I still use the knowledge you all share, and am extremely grateful for all the help
