05 Caravan won't crank
This is my first post, so any help would be great. I will try to be as detailed as possible.
Initial indication: Turn key and gauges come on and power inside van as normal, but van will not crank. Thru reading posts and doing some research, I've been able to troubleshoot and verify battery, starter, and fuel pump are all good. I've checked all fuses in the IPM.
The specific problem seems to be Starter and Fuel pump relays are not receiving power when the Key is in the on or start positions. When I say relays are not receiving power, I mean on pin 85 of both relays. Pin 30 has power on both relays.
I have tried starting in both park and neutral
I tried to see if any codes would come up by turning ignition switch on and off 3 times, but only see mileage displayed
I replaced FCM with no changes.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I don't know what an IPM is. But some of these vans starters get the click of death being the solenoid contacts are worn.
If that be your case, 2 hours and an $80.00 starter or 3 hours and $20.00 in parts.
Good Luck, Let us know.

The IPM is where the Relays and fuses are located under hood. I know the starter is good because I jumpered the relay and the engine will then crank. That is why I need to know where the signal goes when the key is turned to the start position. The starter relay and fuel pump relays do not get energized. I'm thinking it may be the computer (PCM), but have no way to verify. That is where I was hoping someone in the forum could point me in the direction to test it. Thanks
