Angry 2002 Grand Caravan Sport AC problem Help Please.

My Grand Caravan has had AC problems for a very long time but now i'm tired, First The Problem is the air from the vents wont go below 70 degress at all,I have the proper charge R134a and I have replaced the Condenser, rear Evp, rear expansion value, Front Compressor, filter Drier, Front Expansion value, vaccumed the system and charged the system again to the proper charge and still no change. I ran the diaganostic calabration and the recycle continues to flash after and no codes to read that could at least give me a direction to go in can some one please help?

Yes the compressor engaged, the initial problem was from the vent the air wouldn't go below 70 degrees and still doesn't.

before the replacement of everything the only time the vent air only would go down below 60 degress is when I was on the hwy. I went on a trip to the south and on the way back the hole system went down and I just was pissed so I replace everything and now the same problem is still there my low side psi is 70 and on acceleration at 3k the low side goes down to 48-52 psi the high side is around 200-225 psi. I took it to the shop and the mechanic says that the compressor isn't compressing enough and its brand new I don't think that's the problem because that's how it was before anything was done.

How much Freon and oil did you add? High side pressure is fine but low side is high. Low side pressure is controlled by the expansion valves. If the system is overcharged it would have a higher low side pressure as well. Also excessive oil in the system could cause issues as well.

I have 2.875 ounces of freon in the system but before I installed the new compressor I added 7.4 ounces of oil not thinking about the oil that remained in the system that maybe around another 3 ounces so now I'm in the process of removing the compressor to pour out some of the oil to see if this is the problem because I really don't think it could be the blend doors because on the Hwy the temperature from the vents wouldn't drop.

yeah, 7.4 oz is system fill. I've had a couple of vans overfilled and it's weird. Seems to really mess with the expansion valves.

I took out the compressor and poured out the oil that was there and charged it and it went down to 43 degrees coming from the vents so you can say that it's fixed.
