Default Code p1294, p0204

I am in desperate need of anyone's help. My 2002 dodge grand caravan sport 3.3l v6 flex fuel, has been giving me hell. For about 3 weeks now it has been stalling on me and shutting off. I took it to auto zone and some codes came up, p1294, p0204 and another one i cant remenber. So far I have replaced the cam shaft sensor, crank shaft sensor, throttle position sensor, idle air position sensor, fuel injector #4, fix a vacuum leak and gave the throttle body a good scrub. Everything was ok until the problem started again same codes p1294 and p0204. Also my idle is all over the place and I can't seem to solve the RPM problem. When in park it's at 900, when in drive drops to 700 or 800and if I turn the AC on it drops to 300-400 the engine does a funny noice and then turns off. I have no problem turning it back on after that. Also when it turns off while driving is usually when I get of the highway or come to a stop on a red light or stop sign. Again no problem starting back up but will happen again if I come to a stop. If I put the engine in neutral and kind of two footed before I come to the stop is the only way to keep it from turning off.
Please help with what ever you can, Maybe I forgot something or you might know something I don't. Every opinion or advice is very appreciated.
Thank you!!!

Take a look at the wire harness on the back cylinder head, That is the fuel injector harness. You may have to open the harness and inspect the wires. The minivans from 2002 and up to 2005 have been melting the wires inside the harness. Let me know if that was the problem.

Master Tech, You are so spot on. The wires are fried and I am replacing the whole harness. The wires look like they can be fix but I really don't want to go have to do this again. Thank you for your help and I will keep you posted on the progress. If the is any one out there that can help me with the other problem, code 1294 please let me know.

Code p1294:
- Vacuum leak
- Throttle cable not free
- Idle speed screw misadjusted
