I recently purchased a 2013 Grand Caravan SXT. One thing I noticed about this van is that the SXT badge was not on the back hatch like older models had. Today I had to take it back to the dealer for service and was issued a 2014 Grand Caravan SXT. The 2014 shows the badge on the tailgate as it should. Just for kicks I did the vin decoder here on the forum and the vin does show my van to be an sxt trim package. Wondering if this is a common thing among 2013 sxt's to not have a badge.

I haven't seen any of the 2011 or newer with SXT badging, the only extra logos I've seen are for the crew or RT.

 

No, but the van was made in Canada. The only sxt I have seen here in central Ohio, newer than probably 2011 has been the 2014 rental I had used the other day. Maybe there is something with the ones coming from Canada.

 

Every GC or T&C comes from Canada since late 2009.

 

Well I guess that not a reason then. I may try and get one of these badges from a local dealer incase I ever consider selling the vehicle. Other than that It doesn't bother me.

 

My 2013 sxt is missing the SXT badge

 

The 2012 - 2013 Did Not come with SXT badges !!!! Only the Flex Fuel (E85) emblem on the right side,
if it had the Flex Fuel (E85) engine.
The Crew and the R/T were the only ones badged in2012 - 2013 above the Flex Fuel emblem.
The 2014 model years do have SXT Badges !!!
