You can also get Zerex G-05 coolant which is also a HOAT coolant that meets Chyrsler's specification MS-9769. I've seen it at Pep Boys, O'Reilly's, NAPA, and Carquest.
I'm not familiar with that part number you posted above, but I was able to find an MSD sheet listing the ingredients:
ETHYLENE GLYCOL (CAS#107-21-1)
SODIUM BENZOATE (CAS# 532-32-1)
while the Zerex G-05 MSD sheet list the following ingredient:
ETHYLENE GLYCOL (CAS#107-21-1)
DIETHYLENE GLYCOL (CAS# 111-46-6)
SODIUM BENZOATE (CAS# 532-32-1)
DISODIUM TETRABORATE ANHYDROUS (CAS# 1330-43-4)
As you can see the Zerex has a couple more ingredients, so it doesn't appear to be exactly the same.
I use the Zerex G-05 in my 2009 Grand Caravan.

This is what your manual states:
It has the MS-9769 specification which is a good sign but does it say it is HOAT?
Edit: More research shows that the MS-9769 specification signifies HOAT, plus master tech already replied stating that it is the correct bottle (not sure how I missed that before I posted)
George
The manufacturer recommends using MOPAR Antifreeze/Coolant 5 Year/100,000 Mile Formula HOAT (Hybrid Organic Additive Technology) or equivalent.
