Default Aftermarket transmission cooler

I apologize if this has been covered before. I want to install an aftermarket transmission cooler on my 2008 Grand Caravan SE with the 3.3L engine and 41TE transmission. The only videos I could find online for the (Grand) Caravan were for the 2006 and 2007 MY. I understand that the transmission fluid line that enters the transmission further from the engine (right side when looking from the front of the vehicle) is the outlet to the A/C condenser and the hose that enters closer to the engine is the return line. Is that still accurate for the 2008? And does it matter which of the two hoses I tap into to route to the aftermarket cooler?

Thanks.

Looking from the front of the car, fluid comes out of the rightmost hose on the transmission. Cooler manufacturers recommend to add auxiliary coolers AFTER the factory cooler. So you need to cut into the left side hose and route that fluid through the auxiliary cooler. I did just that to my '08 T&C 3.3L / 41TES, and put a Magnefine filter in the hose too.
