Faint flicker of headlights and fog lights? 2012 GCV CREW

Its faint and you have to pay atention to see it

Anyone had this issue and know what the fix is ?

its a minor thing but it bugs the crap out of me lol

All the time? Just at idle? Only when particular systems are on?

all the time under load or not no matter whats on or off
