Default 2010 grand caravan 4.0l oil

ok I did oil change like 2500km ago. today did normal check and I found the oil at min. I added like estimate 1/2 quart to get it to the middle of the max and min. I found this happen once before. although all others been dead on the time of change where I filled it before, everything seems dry that I can see. I think I will change it once more now and see or maybe just monitor the amount see. but find its weird It lost.

Is the coolant return jug dirty and oily inside? How does the coolant look?

coolant is clean red. little lower than the max I ussualy leave it at but no leaks and I know over time the coolant does evap a bit. but taling like 1/8 to 1/4 down here.
this is strange due to me not seeing visual leak of sorts but its possible burning a bit due to the aspect I don't drive this vehicle that offen and when we do short distances in the area which is not the best of worlds.

Check the oil pan and underside of the engine in general for any unusual amounts of oil. Otherwise, you're probably burning it. Which is a can of worms in itself. Piston rings, valve guides, or something as simple as a stuck PCV valve can be where you're losing it at.

What about driving habits? I don't drive my van hard so the oil level has always been dead on when coming up on changes. With a Honda I used to own if I drove it hard, I'd add a quart in between changes. If I drove it nice, no need to add oil.

not hitting it hard at all. normal driving. although lately seems that I have at times needed to merge to hit gas a rev do hit as high as 4k then change gears.
I added about a quart and see in a few more km to verify level. wise I just do another oil change and re monitor.
