Default No Spark

Hello, first post. Need help with a 2006 4cyl Caravan which turns over but doesn't start
Pulled plugs and they are wet. So replaced them. Still no spark.
Swapped coil pack for a new one, no spark. Center pin on the 3 pin electrical connector gets power when you start to crank the motor
I noticed ASD relay is warm. I swapped for another but no change.
My handheld scanner does pickup RPM when engine is spinning over.

I don't have a wiring diagram for the engine, the Chiltons at Advance was totally useless as there is no engine wiring.

TPS works on the scanner. No codes. Engine smells like fuel when cranking over.

Family that owns van has 5 children and trying to help them out. Just not familiar with Dodge.
Thanks to anyone that can help,
Julio

Thank you for the link. The hunt continues

If the ASD relay clicks when cranking doesn't that indicate cam and crank signals are being seen by the PCM?

You didn't mention anything about the timing belt, so I'll ask if you verified that it's not broken.
