Did you clear the code? Did the code come back? Generally speaking, a "flash" is not necessary for just replacing an O2 sensor. You might try disconnecting the battery for a bit to reset everything.
Just replaced an O2 sensor on my 2011 due to error code on sensor 1, bank 1. Still runs crappy - sputtering and bucking. Does it need to be flashed?

Cleared the code, but did not disconnect battery. Wife drove it yesterday and was better. When it acts up the check engine light comes on and flashed but is better after a few seconds and drives fine again for a while. Could it be resetting itself? I'll try disconnecting battery and see if it gets any better.
