I have an 09 Dodge Grand Caravan SE 3.3L,
The parking lights in the front do not come on. The blinkers will work if the lights are off, but if I turn the lights on neither of the front turn signals work or the parking lights.Headlights work fine. I replaced all the bulbs for the turn signals. I also checked the fuses, which were fine. This is driving me crazy. Trying to fix before I get pulled over, but i am at a loss. Hope one of you very smart folks on here can help me out.

I have the same issue. Also the turn signals work OK until I turn on the park lights/head lamps and then the turn signals flash rapidly although all 4 bulbs and sockets are tested and look like new. If I shut off everything for 5 seconds the flasher rate returns to normal (until I turn on the park lamps again).
