Default 2011 Dodge caravan po740 code and random no crank

I am new to this forum. I sadly own a 2011 caravan crew, 6 speed with 3.6. 117,000 miles. For 3 years has had a random no crank. No code. Makes a small sound as though engine turns just a bit then nothing. 2 years ago van when completely dead, no click, nothing. Relays and starter checked, battery replaced, nothing. Finally took to Chrysler, they replaced starter and wiring and it started... still randomly does no crank. I have seen this issue online, with people replacing tipm, starters, batteries, etc., but never a solid solution. Averages about one no crank a month, may start on second try, may start after 5th try, may start after moving gear lever to drive and back to park.

Now po740 code is keeping it from passing emissions. Detecting 2nd gear slip, says torque converter, solenoid on scanner. Would love to avoid a tranny rebuild just to get it past emissions.

If anyone could point me to posts with either of these issues would appreciate it.

For the no crank, has anyone had a look at the p/n safety switch?

P0740 may be as simple as replacing the TCC solenoid.

I dont think that was checked out, I know I haven't checked it. Looking at cost and it being an inconsistent problem, I may just replace it. Thank you. I had been considering trying to replace a solenoid first and seeing if that solves the issue.

I'll update this when I check those out.
thank you!
