Hi I had a battery and alternator replaced now my passenger vent only blows heat when ac is on does anyone know how to reset blend door actuator or re calibrate my van is 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan sxt Canadian bought thanks

This worked for me a couple of weeks ago the passenger side was stuck on hot and i did this following the instructions from this video and it worked everything good now.

Doesn’t seem to work for me

 

Actuator must not work anymore

 

Could be that the gears in your blend door actuator are broken and need to be changed out the passenger side blend door actuator is located underneath the glove compartment you have to remove 2 push pin that hold the noise insulation under the glove box the temp blend door actuator will the first one the left of the glove box the lower one the higher one is for the mode selection.
