Caravan 3.3L turns over but won't start Mystery
My 2009 Grand Caravan 3.3L developed a starting problem a few days ago :
When attempting to start the first time it turns over but won't start (sometimes when turning key back the starter keeps going unless turning key off). Don't hear the fuel pump humming when turning key.
Second time it will usually start up and you can hear the fuel pump prime/hum before you turn key to start engine.
This hard starting usually happens when its sit for a few hours or overnight, but when warm it will start up no problem. Van runs fine when its finally started, nice and smooth.
I'd think fuel pump but want to be sure before dropping the tank and changing it.Any way to confirm?

Have you had the WIN module recall done yet? Wireless ignition node that is the ignition switch. You could also have a problem with the TIPM module. If you haven't had the recall done. I would do that first.
