Default Jerking at constant speed 35-38mph

When driving Dodge caravan 2001, at constant speed 35-38mph, the van starts jerking.
When releasing the pedal for 10sec, everything is back to normal. It makes this from time to time – 0 to 5 times a month.

I checked today the EGR valve – it is OK.
The transmission was rebuilt 6 years ago (40 000mi), fluid was replaced by schedule.
The fuel filter was replaced 35 000ml ago.

I have another issue that might be connected with this one. For 2 years, again, from time to time, the engine shuts off on parking lots, mainly on the reverse. Since then, I have used fuel system cleaners every 6 months, but no change.
No check engine light, no faulty codes.

Any experience?

It is the torque converter causing your shutter or jerking problem. Replace the torque converter and pump and the problem will stop.

The torque converter is on 40k miles. Do you think already failed? Which pump do you mean?

Transmission front pump and yes the torque when it goes into lockup that is causing the shutter.
