Hesitate when giving it gas

I have 08 dodge grand caravan p1128 code 3.3 liter with 71000 miles and it hesitate when giving it gas. What can it be ?

P1128 code is for Close Loop Fuel not achieved. Could be a fuel problem or something easy as cooling system not getting hot enough. Or O2 sensors or ECT sensor. When Did this all started?
