A small amount of drag normal with new pads and rotors. It should quickly wear in though after driving a little bit. Did you clean the caliper where the pads slide on it? If it continues to drag, I have seen the rubber hoses collapse on the inside and not let all of the pressure off of the caliper, so the pads don't release all of the way.

Mine is a 2006 also and it was doing the same thing. It was the slides that the caliper bolts onto. Take the caliper off, remove the two slide rods from the caliper mounting bracket, clean them and the holes they came out of and apply some new fresh appropriate grease ....after re instaling and driving around a little I re bled drivers side. Now got full pedal and brakes are working good
