Hi. I bought a Dodge Gran Caravan 2016 RT and the touch screen is way off. If I click in the bottom it touches the top. I tried going to the engineering menu but since the calibration is off I can't select the menu. I was wondering if there is a way of doing a factory reset or go to the calibration menu with a button combination or using Voice commands. My radio is the RHB. Any idea? Thanks in advance.

 

I talked to the dealership and I’m very frustrated. I was told there is nothing they can do. How in the world you have an awful software like that? To configure the touch screen you have to touch the screen, is that a joke? I hope somebody has an idea how to solve this I’m not the only one with this kind of problem. Thanks!
