[5th Gen : 08+]: Tire pressure sensor ... how to program?
So, the wife's van needs tires ... 2012.
I have never replaced the pressure sensors but since it is 12 years old, I am thinking this is the time?
I found some cheap on amazon
Only $29 for 4!
But what do I need to do to program these?
I tried looking for programmers ... $200 - $300 ... ouch!
Some people say they just put them in and they worked ...how ... how would the van know which is which or even to start looking at them?
A bit lost ... what do I need to do ?

Some tire sensors were programmed by either using a magnet around the valve stem and pressing the buttons on the center console by the mirror or a scanner. The new cars, trucks and minivans can program by driving 5 to 7 miles.
