check your FACTORY service manual. regardless of ANY thing else you should have a PAPER manual. check what it says and show it to your dealer. i have had chrysler factory warranty's, they are NO good.

Question, Did the car pass the inspection? Because if they wrote down there wasn't any leaks and you have the lifetime warranty. I wouldn't service the differential with them. Because a diff service is just a drain and fill. But like Moe had written, check with your owner manual to see at what miles you need to service the differential at. You can also contact dodgecares or dodgeCAcare too, and ask them.

It shouldn't need serviced until at least 60K I would think. I think they are trying to scam you. Just follow the service schedule in your owners manual and you have nothing to worry about. Might want to find a different dealer too.
