when my car sits for a week it makes valve train noise just like when you change your oil and filter. for about 5 seconds and then everything sounds normal. start it every other day no noise.sounds fine when running.use mopar oil and filter.dealer says its normal,but i have never had a car with this problem. any ideas??

 

I would suspect that it is indeed normal. Lifters bleed down, mainly due to the really thin oil they use in modern engines.
