I'm going to buy Dodge Challenger III. What year and engine is the best option? My budget is 17,000$.

Ah. 3rd gen....I get it. As far as which one to get? SRT Demon hands down, but that's out of your budget. You're probably looking at a 2010-2015 R/T.

 

But I think the best option it will be buy the newest car.

 

Buying the newest (2019-20) at that budget might get you a base model six cylinder, it will definitely not even get you an R/T.

 

Yeah with that budget i'd say shoot for a '14 rt any V6 will disappoint you to be honest
