Default Is this a good deal?

Hey guys, i need help to figure out if this is a good deal or not. So yesterday i went to go see and test drive a 2017 Challenger SXT with 57k miles and according to the car fax 3 owners. I’ve never owned a challenger before but as far as i can tell it drove good. Everything in the inside is clean and in good condition. On the outside it has a small scuff mark on the bumper which I’m assuming is the minor accident that the car fax said it had been in, and all the rims are scratched up. The OTDP is $22,841 without any down payment but I was thinking about putting 3k down if I do go for it. Thanks in advance for any help.

Looking at pricing, 22K is on the high end of the range I am seeing them selling for. Most are in the neighborhood of 15K, and have fewer miles....... and no accidents..... Without knowing any more about the car, I'd say that is about double what it should sell for.

This was actually one of the cheaper ones around me, it was advertised at 17k but went up to 22k with all the fees

14-16k. 17k is the top end. What fees increased the price by $5000???? I'd def be walking away from that mess.

Question is why are you interested in a Challenger with a 6 cylinder? I see plenty of these around me. Try looking them up on Autotrader in your area. You will get a better idea of the prices. And dealers will always charge more.

It was the dodge pre owned certified fee that was like $4000

The main reason is because it’s going to be my daily so I don’t want to pay too much on gas. Also I don’t have a driveway to park it in so I have to leave her on the streets and I live in nyc so I don’t think I’ll be able to use the power of a V8

Certified pre-owned? Does that mean it comes with a longer warranty? If not, (and it isn't at least 1 year, and another 12K miles...) it's a rip-off fee.
