Default 2017 Dodge Challenger constant battery drain

So I've got a 2017 Challenger 5.7 and over the last 6 months I've been having to charge my battery if I let the car sit more than three days. Today, it started fine in the morning and when it was time to go home, I had to use a jump pack to start it. Once I got it home, I immediately put it on a charger and it's showing 12.5 volts. The battery takes a charge and I verified the alternator is functioning properly. I'm not sure what's causing the battery to drain. I do know that we've had issues with the UConnect Digitizer as I had to remove it and use double sided tape after removing the glue the manufacturer used as a heat barrier. Now the UConnect is acting up as well. Anyone familiar with the UConnect Digitizer acting up will know what I'm referring to. Anyway is this what's draining the battery or do I need to look elsewhere. I have heard about a " Processor that's attached to the negative cable by the negative battery post . Any ideas or opinions would be greatly appreciated!

I had a similar problem because a) old battery and b) I didn't drive the car at least weekly. Those electronics will drain the battery if not driven regularly. Now three days and then a problem, I don't have an answer for you. But I have a seven year old battery in my 5.7L and I simply put a trickle charger on it. If I didn't drive it at least once a week it would struggle to turn over. Fires right up every time now. Might seem like a band-aid to a bigger problem.

I have pretty new battery in my 6.2L and I have a trickle charger on it too. I've read that having the battery at 100% charge is good for its longevity. Cheap, simple and not a pain to hook up the charger and take off when you want to drive.

P.S. If you do buy a trickle charger get one that goes automatically into maintenance/trickle mode because most of them don't. I have Schumachers and I believe the Harbor Freight ones do this.
