1. Clear and see if it happens again.
2. Install the anti fouler shims like Marty did.
3. Ignore the O2 CEL's it doesn't affect performance it's just an irritant.
Evedently theway the PCM handles the O2 Sensors an O2Sim isn't viable yet.
