Default car vibration

Hello everyone, new to the site, but been reading a lot of the other posts and it seems like there is a lot of good people here. Purchased my silver steel charger R/T brand new in May of this year and LOVE it. Had been wanting one since they came out. I have a question, does anyone notice a shaking or vibration of the car while sitting and idling with the car in gear. Not sure if this is normal because of the size of the engine or if its something I should have the dealer look into because something is loose. Its not constant either.

Thanks

A lot of times the car has shut down some of the cylinders because of the MDS. It's to help save fuel by shutting down 4 of the 8 cylinders when at idle or at a constent speed such as cruise control on the interstate.

Is MDS really on at idle? I thought there were a lot of variables one being the car was going between 18-80 or so miles per hour before MDS would trun on (<=go to 4 cylindar mode that is).

I have an 06 Ram HEMI and an 07 Charger R/T HEMI and when I stop at a red light I can feel both of the engines start to miss a little. Tap the gas and it feels fine so I have always chalked that up as the MDS system working.

Seems a lot of people see this hunting for idle at a stop so it's something common.
