Randall, do you think that if I removed the "suit case" portion of the Magnaflow and just ran straight pipe back to the "mufflers" at the tail end that that would get rid of the dreaded "Hemi drone"? Short of getting a whole new exhaust system, what do you think you'd do?...
That’s a negative Dave, don’t go there. I read a lot of threads on "Brylcreem" or "Brylcream" exhaust mods... Lots of people that ripped out their suitcase for straight pipe have turned around and install a cat-back system. It’s evidently loud and eventually it takes it toll on the resos and it gets worse.

Gottcha, Randall. I'm just going to sit on it for a while. There is a pretty good exhaust guy here I've done business with before. I might go have a talk with him and see if he's aware of this deal and if he has any ideas. Otherwise, I'll just have to live with it, I guess.
