purchasing a charger
i was plannin on purchasing a charger an 07 or 06 i love the chargers but ive been hearing a lot of bad things the ones i found has 60k miles or above i was told these cars dont last past 70k mles there known for breaking down is that true?
The people that was giving me the information was just telling me that after 70,000 miles i can kiss the engine and the car goodbye because thats when all kind of transmissions and engine problems occur but if you guys have yours and theres nothing wrong with them then i think i will definentlly be purchasing mines i was looking at an sxt what do you guys think?
PLEASE FEEL FREE TO UPLOAD PICS OF UR CHARGERS I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THEM I LOVE THOSE CARS

Now, I haven't heard anything about problems on these cars as well. Granted mine only has 11k miles on it, but I am a firm believer that if you maintain it, it will last well into the hundred thousand miles range.
Thank you for the information thats the same thing i believed to but when it comes to american cars everybody says the same thing and it got to a point where if everybody is telling you the same thing there must be some kind of truth behind it everyone is tellin me hondas are the car to get but those 4 cyliinders jus aernt me there slow theres no power for nothing but i believe that also but thanks alot and you i love ur rt its beautiful

The funny thing about the imports are that everyone knows the engine ARE better, cheaper to maintain, and will last forever - - - IF YOU KEEP IT MAINTAINED!!!! Most people beilieve though that imports don't need the same maintenance, so they wait 20k miles between oil changes, race them like they are a vette, corner them like a ferrari, and put any $5 additive into the engine because they think it is good.
People who buy american, KNOW that the car needs to be maintained. People who buy american usually will change the car after 5 or 6 year mark anyway.
I think the most miles I ran any car/truck was a Ford Escort. Ran it upto 170k before I had to get rid of it. To much to get it pass emmision test back then. Car ran fine, just needed alot of internal work. So I dumped. Ironically, I owned a Honda Prelude and let me tell you what, that car was ready to be replaced at the 120k mark.
Imports are not always as good as they seem. You ever see a Lambo with 100k miles or better? Wonder what problems they would have?

No matter what you buy there is always a possibility you will get a lemon, no one is exempt from this.
