Default HELPPPPP!!!!!!! No power to windshield wiper, turn signal, horn, power mirrors! WHY!?

My battery dies and when i received a jump, the other guy put the neg on the pos and and pos on the neg, on his car. my cables were placed correctly. when it sparked, he realized what he did and switched them to the correct position. I started my car and now the power mirrors, windshield wipers, high beams, horn, and turn signals are not working at all. I checked the fuses and they are all good. Help please!

Yeah, one of those where I didn't completely finish reading your entire post, my bad.

Do all the relays look okay? You checked the enclosed panel inside the trunk next to the battery as well?

i think the relays got fried or your tipm is now bad due to a faulty connection, i would start by testing all the relays to see which one got fried.
if all good then the blame is on the TIPM module. good luck.

Somehow, I don't think he has gone 7 years without wiper, turn signals, etc.
